HOW CAN I ORDER?

1. Find the product that fits to the features you have asked, by searching in all categories using the general product search engine at the main page or searching in sub categories choosing one of the categories under the products menu.
2. Double click on the product you found and display the details window. You can reach to the measurements table of the product and spare parts list with the buttons on the details window.
3. Choose the connection type which is located on the right side of the opened details window. Connection types should be determined and ordered according to the place and ground that the reductors will be used. The manufacturing will be executed in compliance with the connection type you have ordered.
4. After choosing the connection type click on “add to shopping cart” button right under this area. Thus, the reductor with the features you have asked and connection type you have determined will be ready to order (added to shopping cart) and displayed on the screen. However, the tr ansaction up to here does not mean that your order has been completed. In order to complete your order you have to submit this order on the cart page.
5. Click on “show the cart” button on details page to submit your order and display the cart content on another page. After checking your order information again click on “order” button and go to the next confirmation step. Complete your order by clicking on “yes” button here.

Does adding a product to the shopping cart means that I have already ordered it?

No. You would only complete one of the ordering steps by adding a product to the shopping cart. In order to prevent errors in your orders, our system accepts orders through two confirmation steps. Your cart is being stored in a special memory for that particular session. In case you log out of the system (by closing your browser or by using the exit button) after you added your order to shopping cart, the product in your cart will be erased.

How will I follow up the status of my orders?

You can display the status of your orders from “my orders” button which is located under the order menu.

How can I see the prices of the products?
